“This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. “The room was a disaster. The sheets were stained. The chair was stain. The sofa had numerous stains and rips. The small chair was coming apart. The ceiling had water damage. Some of the foot boards were missing. The seam in between the room and the bathroom was missing. Toilet randomly flushed throughout the night. The TV had a horrible picture. There are no elevators. The curtains were yellow when they should have been white. The dead bolt did not work. Unfortunately, I already paid for...

“The room is very clean, I am very impressed by that, the sofa was a lil wrinkled but it’s fine. Staff was ok, it was late but everything worked out just fine. I’ll definitely recommend. Never had breakfast there as I was too busy so I can’t comment about it but my stag was well spent. The air conditioning was perfect”

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”

“Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses. Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Tiny 36 x 36 stall...

“Be sure to lower your standards. Room looked like a crime scene. I don't even want to know how many people overdosed in that bed. Dirty, in disrepair, COCKROACHES IN THE MICROWAVE! We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place”

“Avoid at all costs. The photos of the room I have seen prior to booking were all a complete lie. The room was dirty, there were bugs popping up frequently, the floorboards were not fully leveled, and there were multiple holes and cracks in the walls. No appliances for food either and the wifi is terrible. There was also no smoke alarm which I believe is a serious violation. You're better off paying a few more bucks for somewhere else nearby, especially if you are there for Kings Dominion.”
