“The only good thing was the mexican restaurant next door. The bed had cigarette burns all over it also stains. No soap at the sink. The cleaning crew came in everyday but only to put the towel on the floor on the edge of the tub no trash taken out no clean sheets. The changed the sheets on the last night and they also had stains and cigarette burns”

“This was a hell hole! We booked Ashland Studio Inn (ASI) for two rooms, 5 people, and 1 night. When we arrived, they transferred us to Days Inn, next door, because ASI was still refurbishing their inn. I believe they are "sister" inns, but was never told the relationship. In writing the "script" to explain what we had reserved, they stated we were supposed to be there for 2 nights (our reservation was for 1 night). The confusion and time consumed telling them what we had signed up for was...

“It was horrible, the worst accommodation ever! Don't stop here... Every person who checked in before and after me had something to arguing with the hotel stuff. Door broken, old bathroom, dirty room, no fridge, no towels for 4, only for one and dirty! It was too late to leave and find something else. Wi-fi didn't work! A horrible night! It seems the hotel never had a refreshing in 50 years and more! Avoid it!”

“The hotel is in a bad part of town. Although the room appeared clean, the decor and feel of the room was straight out of the early eighties. The walls are paper thin. We experienced multiple rooms with fighting tenants and some with "loving" tenants. My son and I were immediately approached by someone, whom appeared to be on drugs, asking for a cigarette, and were asked for money the next morning. “The staff there was great. The owner/ manager, not so much. After Expedia stated I could pay cash upon check in, the guy said it was not the policy to accept cash but he would do it this time and was doing me this great favor. A real choad he was and I didn't appreciate his attitude.”
