“Friendly and helpful staff. Our handicap room was actually a suite w/ 2 connected bedrooms on the 1st floor. One bedroom had a walk/roll in shower which was very helpful. The property showed some age, but was very clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for maneuvering. Breakfast was fresh, hot and excellent choices. We would stay there again!”

“Our first night and morning staff, Nellie and Carla, were fantastic. They were kind and friendly, and very helpful and attentive. Are next 2 nights left a lot to be desired. Both night, extremely loud and disrespectful. Arrived between midnight and 2am, with children in tow.. The staff did not seem to be able to control the influx. “Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They welcome you with such wonderful attitude. the breakfast selection is awesome. the rooms are clean and so comfortable.”

“I only have two complaints…they do have free WiFi but when you logon they don’t give you an option to check a box that says free… so it seems like the only option is to pay…..felt kind of odd. And two… this is not that big of a deal but there is nothing in the room so if you are counting on there being dishes or cups forget about it. You have to go to the desk and ask for them and they give you one cup, one bowl, one knife one fork….also kind of odd. Other than that everything was to be expected...

“Mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Mattress needed replaced. It slanted like it was well worn. My back and neck are sore. ”

“Booked room thru Expedia. Expedia charged my card $158. Get to hotel. They say room is booked but they only received $38. They said I have to pay the balance. I left. Still awaiting refund.”
