“The room was very dirty. We're trying our best to get a refund. We didn't even sit on the bed. We tried to switch rooms but they both were the same dirtness”

“My husband and I loved this hotel. It was so clean and all staff were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and of course getting complimentary dinner as well as breakfast is always a treat.”

“Our stay was very nice. Everyone was friendly. We signed up for the shuttle to the airport the night before, but in the morning they didn’t even check the list, and there must have been 20 people waiting for 10 seats. Luckily we made it on, but don’t know why they have you sign up but then don’t use the list.”

“I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet.
