“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

“I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. “This property must be in the process of renovation. I’ve stayed at other Microtel hotels while traveling and this property was not on brand at all! More like motel vibes. The HVAC system would not stay on the whole unit would turn off whenever it chose to do so. Room was missing fire alarm. The price I paid and what we got was not worth it. This is just one opinion.”

“We wanted a cup of coffee before we left to come home, but there wasn’t any as it had been taken up around 1;30. All of the hotels where we’ve stayed had coffee most of the day or all day! The hotel was was very clean and nice however. We’d stay there again.”
