“The after hours check-in staff were less than helpfull. We had to look around to find our room. The food was expensive and the cocktails were way overpriced. Our bill was more than what was quoted when we booked on Expedia. I had to bring this to their attention, then they found that we were charged a "no show fee" when we specifically texted earlier to get a late check in because our flight was delayed over 4 hours. The bill was corrected.”

“The place was ok, i like the areas, i purchase this place because of the water park that i saw on the pictures, so, i though that would be a great idea to be there for a weekend with a small water park on it, and when i got there, it got me by surprise that i had to pay $25 pp to get access to that pool. Otherwise, i arrive to the resort at late night, i was happy because they upgrade the room, but, when i got to the villa that i was assigned, the door was open, so, i told my family to stay...

“The breakfast restaurant opened at 8:30 on a Friday- which was kinda late if you’re leaving early for the parks. Also it was a credit to the account rather than an actual breakfast. It is in a restaurant- not a buffet or continental. ”
