“Breakfast was great. They had a variety in comparison to other hotels”

“Room was clean. Settled in room then noted TV did not work, reported this said maintenance could come in am or we could change rooms. We opted to stay in room. TV was fixed next day. Staff were respectful and assisted as indicated, offered another room if TV could not be fixed. (Satellite feed issue) Didn’t particularly like room set up with sink at entrance to room, not in bathroom /shower. Breakfast available.”

“sound insulation is no good. noise came in when people running or simply walking past the door. The bathroom ventilation fan makes noise throughout the night,”

“We stayed in a Suite this time and the bed was more comfortable. The noise level was also less with the creaky floors. Overall, we would stay again!”

“This hotel is unfit for guests. It looks more like a place for horses or donkeys than for people. I have never seen such a filthy and poorly maintained property. The rooms were extremely dirty, the overall hygiene was unacceptable, and I honestly wonder whether the health department has ever inspected this place. To make matters worse, it is outrageously expensive for what it offers. This is not the quality of a real hotel—it’s a complete disappointment. I would strongly advise others to stay...
