“Everything was so nice ”

“La struttura non e' all altezza del nome Sheraton, il personale e' comunque stato disponibile a compensare i disagi. Problemi riscontrati: - Su Expedia la struttura dichiara di avere un business centre che per me era esenziale. In realta c'e' solo un computer su un piccolo tavolino nella lobby tra viavai di gente e musica di sottofondo a volume alquanto alto - Siamo arrivati nella camera ma ci siamo presto accorti che tutta la moquette era bagnata (problema idraulico?) e ce l'hanno cambiata -...

“Rooms were bright, cheery, and with good amenities. Location was great knowing we could walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. Staff were pleasant and there was continental breakfast provided. A nice little outdoor patio with gas fireplace. Plenty of parking. ”

“Hotel provided after hours check in which was great and appreciated however check in paperwork is misleading. It states the facility is not pet friendly however I booked through a third party as a pet friendly establishment. This caused stress and concern throughout the night. When staff was on site the following morning I was informed some rooms were pet friendly…. ”
