“Huge property with garden area and dog park. Grand home with Beautiful rooms and decor thruout!!! Bed comfortable. Would have liked to see more creative food at breakfast like real eggs, pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit salad. Would definitely come back. ”

“The check in was good, however after a long day of working had come to motel to shower and go to bed, found that after I got into bed my bed clothes had become wet. After pulling down the covers and removing the mattress pad, someone had urinated thru the mattress pad and onto the mattress, the smell was awful, they had relocate us to another motel at 9PM, since no other rooms were available, there is no way that housekeeping should not have noticed this when putting on clean sheets or even the...

“They are a RIP OFF!! I booked several rooms, AND PAID IN ADVANCE, for many days for several of our employees because we are working out of state, for quite awhile. We had a Sunday off, so some of our guys drove home for a day and a half, only to find that they had been booted from their rooms. After HOURS of dealing with Expedia, I was PROMISED refunds for the rooms. I still haven’t seen the refunds. I didn’t even get a promise of a refund on one room, so I am out HUNDREDS of dollars. “Terrible staff. Locked front door so front desk person could nap while i was stuck outside late at night waiting to check in. Not even an effort to apologize or compensate for the severe inconvenience. Breakfast was poor and several items just unavailable. Would NEVER stay here again. ”

“I would not stay here! The bathroom stink like piss! When the door closed, there was a slight crack you could see the light from the outside coming in. The door for joining room didn’t close tight. Walls are thin. ”

“This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. ”
