“ Everything was great and accommodating, the pool was cool and all the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and plenty of space for 7 adults ladies and 3 children. Everything was marvelous, we definitely would like to visit again. ”

“As we first walked thru the property, we were struck by how colorful and tasteful the decor was, impressed by how vastly roomy and clean the whole place was, and we really enjoyed the main kitchen common area, and upstairs porch common area. It was truly a surprise to find such a perfect set up for our group of friends to enjoy being in their own space, and yet altogether, right in the middle of Austin. ”

“We were in town for. BBQ adventure. This spot is close to all the best spots. Franklin, La Barbecue, were all within a short distance from this house. The location gave easy access to bars and I35 so getting to places that were a bit further out was easy too. Up and coming neighborhood. Safe and clean. 10/10 would stay again. If you like BBQ definitely give this spot a shot. But don’t go to Coopers. Overpriced and all the flavor of an old baseball mitt. Thanks”

2/10 Terribile

"For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…"
