“The worst ”

“Siamo rinato altri 2 giorno in più alla prenotazione e non so sono preoccupati di pulire la camera una volta. Mai cambiato le lenzuola e pure gli asciugamano. Mai svuotato i cestini. Siamo rinato senza carta igienica senza sapone e senza shampoo ..... non credo meriti più di quello che abbiamo votato. Brutto posto.”

“Unsafe feeling with full time renters and homeless people around. Valet person was useless for help and front desk never answered the phone nor was their anyone present when I waited 20 mins.”

“Room was clean initially , the microwave was full of rust on the inside and there was a cockroach in the bathroom .”

“Night check in staff was great. The original room we had the toilet wasnt working. She was able to reach out to the property manager and switch the rooms for us. Check in was fast and easy as well. She also took into consideration the location of the room for our comfort.”

“Room was good relative to the price paid. Location was good. Some sketchy characters outside of the hotel, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Likely has to do with its proximity to the airport. I would stay again.”

“We got to the property, check in was easy. Room looked clean at first, but as we walked in there was dirt & mud on the floor. I did not feel comfortable walking on the floor without shoes. Beds also looked clean but the pillows had black stuff on them. I had to use my shirt as a pillow case. Found 3 cockroaches crawling by the beds. Sink water was piping hot, could not use the sink long. As much as I wish I could say something good about staying here over the weekend. At least the staff was...
