“Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was great with a lot of options. Having double beds instead of queen beds was a bit odd but besides that, everything was great! Location is also good with a lot to do in the area. ”

“Great value. Clean, comfy beds, helpful amenities including a fridge in the room, adjoining rooms, nice variety at breakfast. Pool was a little cold but my niece loved it. Hot tub was huge. Small but very functional gym. Quick drive to lots of outdoor spaces including Lapham Peak. Walkable to tons of shops and little fast casual restaurants including ice cream and Starbucks. Easy off/on to highway and convenient to everything we were doing in Delafield and Waukesha. We have family in the area...

“This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. ”

“The staff was great. The morning breakfast was delicious. The pool area was less clean than the rest of the property. It wasn’t so terrible that it prevented us from letting our kids use the pool. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“Our room was cold. The heater, although, was turned to 80C, never got warm. There wasn't a breakfast. The closest attached restaurant was closed M-W. Our room flooded from the storm. The bathtub whirlpool jets shot out some black gunk into the bathtub. There wasn't a desk in the room to some work on my laptop. Highboy chair was too uncomfortable. Needed an ottoman for the couch. Our room wasn't stock with forks and spoons. Only a couple of knives. We were hoping to at least get flowers on our...

“Our check in gal Janet was the nicest check in person I have ever had in my many hotel stays. She is an asset to this hotel I was very impressed by this hotel. Nicest I’ve ever been to. My Granddaughter recently moved to Hakes Corners. We will definitely always pick this place to stay when we visit. Only negative was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs would be a much better choice than the cheese omelette they offered. Tasted like made with cheese whiz. Thx Janet you were awesome”

“Very helpful and friendly staff. We didn't like that people were smoking and stinking up the hallway. Property could use some updates. Our stay was fine.”

“When I reserved my room was not told the pool was scheduled for maintenance. After checking in was told the pool closed that morning for scheduled maintenance cleaning. Rented there just for the pool”
