“Pancake machine didn’t work and breakfast sandwiches were cold. Pool area was closed due to work and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Not a great experience ”

“We arrived early and were allowed to check in. The room looked expensive! It was clean for the most part. There were some ants. We did find some garbage under the bed and a hand print on the headboard!.Beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful. Free breakfast! The best part was how EASY it was to get to from I94. We would stay here again.”

“We had a last minute cancellation of our flight and needed a place to stay close to MKE airport. We found this hotel through Expedia and got a great deal. What we found when we got there is that the hotel was completely remodeled. Everything was new and nice. The staff was polite and friendly. We had to leave early the next morning, so we didn't get to try the breakfast. “The breakfast was actually HOT! What a delight. breakfast spread was good. Pool was small and a bit cold. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, and comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and that's what we got! Elevators were quick and clean.”

“We love this location and have stayed in it many times. This time our room had a funky smell. It was ok as long as we were running the air conditioner. Also there were ants on the table in-between the beds. We reported it to staff, they said they would have maintenance look into it. Other than that, we love this place and will return again.”

“It was pretty clean I wish they had an ice machine on each floor and a gym especially because there is no Anytime fitness in town it would have been nice to have something in the building even if it were just a few things to use.”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”

“The room was clean, but the mattress was on a wire grid platform and kept sliding on it. Not to mention I banged my knee on the metal. The outside of the property was full of trash. Little of nothing for breakfast. The eggs were all gone. There were some shriveled up sausages as well as a waffle to make. No bagels or muffins or yogurt. Parking was crowded, had to go in back any my key card would not open the door,”
