“Pancake machine didn’t work and breakfast sandwiches were cold. Pool area was closed due to work and I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Not a great experience ”

“I had blood on my bed sheets(which is a red flag on many levels)and they didn’t believe me at first, so I showed them. Once I showed them, I asked for new sheets and they said they didn’t have anymore cleans ones. They didn't even offer to take the sheets, so I took them off myself. Then they said they can't do anything else to help me, but I can speak to the manager the next day to get a discount or refund. “Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning.”
