“We loved everything about this property! The kids loved the lake and the pool, it was convenient to walk to stores. The rooms were really nice, except we had problems with multiple bugs in our room, i dont even know what kind of bugs they were. 2 different types, one was a millipede looking bug. We had to kill a good amount but other than that we would definitely come back!”

“The place was perfect in all aspects, the dinner options late we take out as they close early and breakfast was closed so we went to dinner 5 mins away and was good …food in water park and drinks was goon and home made. Worth the 3 hr drive from update my with 2 kids…9/10 o give it will definitely be back…”

“This was a fun place to stay. Kind of quirky, certainly unique. Clean and spacious and with a Scandinavian vibe.
Could have used an extra hook or two for towels and the sink was a challenge as water tended to splash over onto the floor. Free use of bikes and an outdoor sauna added to the special atmosphere. They also offer a couple of glamping options. Cool.
We tried the breakfast basket option one morning. Sharp idea. We would stay here again, without question. ”

“Hotel molto bello e dotato di numerosi servizi. Quello che lascia a desiderare è il livello di assistenza. Due notti di soggiorno ma non è mai stata rifatta la stanza nè cambiate le asciugamani. Altra cosa da segnalare, il personale (non solo alla reception) estremamente scostante e scortese….quasi come se a pagare per il ns. soggiorno fossero loro. ”

Camera molto ampia e confortevole, i servizi completamente assenti ( pulizia camera giornaliera e optional) a seguito delle nostre lamentele per mancato rifacimento della camera abbiamo scoperto che tale servizio anche se esplicitamente scritto sul portale non era previsto se non a pagamento.
Phon per capelli anch'esso previsto nei servizi ma assente.

“We booked a room for two nights for our wedding the staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable as well. The parking was inconvenient. valet parking was $30 a night unless you wanted to take your chances on the street downtown. Doable but not preferred. ”

"esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. "

"All’arrivo il terzo letto non era stato fatto. Abbiamo chiesto che venissero a farlo ma la cameriera delle stanze non era più in servizio. E’venuto un tipo che lanciando i cuscini e sbattendo tutto, ha portato delle lenzuola di dubbia pulizia e stropicciatissime e fatto il letto, tipo “ cuccia del cane” e senza trapunta e copriletto. Abbiamo protestato con la manager chiedendo delle altre lenzuola pulite e un letto fatto come si deve o di cambiare stanza se non avevano lenzuola pulite e stirate. Prima ci ha detto che la colpa era di Expedia che non comunica all’hotel il numero degli ospiti. Poi La manager è stata molto scortese e non sapendo più cosa ribattere ci ha ignorati e ha iniziato a fare il check in ad altri ospiti. È venuto quindi un suo assistente, con delle lenzuola meno spiegazzate e non sapeva nemmeno fare il letto. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto farcelo da soli con quello che c’era. Hotel molto disorganizzato, volevano farci pagare la colazione (già compresa nel prezzo) e al check out ci avevano messo in conto il parcheggio dell’auto (che non avevamo, e che gli era già stato detto al check in)"
