“Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed.”

“I did like the stay just my room was not cleaned there was no disturbed sign day 2 and 3 even though my stay was for shopping and there was 2 big garbage bags with boxes overall the breakfast was excellent Carol who was serving the breakfast was extremely excellent thank you for being attentive and also the front desk team as well. “I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
