“I booked thinking it was a hotel with good rating. However, was shocked when I pulled in to the parking lot. It was a motel, the space of the room was good to accommodate my family, however the room smelled like humidity and there were some spider webs around the window and door. Shower was awful, old looking, not so clean with outdated tiles and old scaly shower head. The breakfast and service was great. I wouldn't recommend it for the price and would book at a Holiday Inn next door instead.”

“Staff was unbelievable rude and disrespectful infront of my 5 children. One of the food servers overheard another guest comment about the food quality and about how there was little food for the amount of guests and the server flipped out yelling about people being rude. I then brought up that the server was being rude and setting a poor example infront of so many children and the server continued with yelling and created a huge scene. Management tried to control the server but that didnt work...
