“This is a very convenient little spot in Sacramento. The beds were comfy. We had a little trouble with check in, specifically parking, and the owner came by to assist which was appreciated. We had asked to be notified when the property was ready because we were tired from the road but when we arrived at check in time, parking wasn't available. You can park on the street tho, despite what the street signs say. It all worked out. Cute place. Basic but comfortable. Good price.”

“Pictures of property and descriptions on booking sites were misleading: Google map and couple sites show pool (apparently no pool since at least 2020 according to staff), no breakfast, no WiFi access provided, etc. Property was adequately clean but some of the pillows were stained (covered by pillowcases), a couple of the sheets had holes, etc. The mattresses were okay but squeaked with every movement.
