“Everything was pretty good but the floor had Clorox and it ruined my boyfriend’s pants which was kind of upsetting. Also, the TV was not working and there was nothing to watch. Everything else was okay.”

“I’ve been going to best Western few times. I am really liking to stay more. This time I was told that we will have housekeeping services if we put cleaning signs before 8am and we did. we stayed two nights and three families but stuff or Manager didn’t bother to check that our room is clean and we have to use same bed sheets, and everything two days in a row. that was unfortunate.”

“The room was just as advertised as far as design, amenities and lake view. Parking is a little tight in the main lot. Unfortunately, the code promised to us for entry via cell phone was incorrect and we had to call to get a correct one. The clock in the room did not work and the TV was very difficult to use due to a conflict between the channel descriptions from DishTV and the hotel channel numbers. “Need a marquee that is visible. I could not locate it from the street. No elevator if you have heavy baggage. Rooms have no microwave and no sink. We stayed for 5 nights so a microwave would help.”
