“The front desk guy was extremely rude. The place was extremely dirty and run down. My air conditioner didn't work. The front desk guy told me he was sold out and they were absolutely not. Had a comment about everything. I ended up leaving. He made no attempts to fix anything and basically laughed and lied to my face. Horrible experience that I would not recommend for anyone.”

“I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”

“The hotel is beautiful, very accessible, and conveniently located near everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the strong cigarette smell that reaches the rooms.
