“The room was typical for a hotel and the bed was not the comfiest. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is I left my expensive wireless earbuds in the room. I didn't even notice they were missing when the hotel called me an hour or so after I checked out. They walked me through how I can ship them back to me and were very accommodating and responsive in this stressful time. Big props for the cleaning staff for grabbing them, and the front desk for communicating with me. Having them be this helpful...

“There was issues with TV but clerk helped. Toilet kept running, room smelled like mildew,AC made noise and the absolute worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. the sausage gravy tasted like dishwater, eggs had no flavor and the meat dish was breaded chicken filet!!!! chicken filet???? Turned keys into clerk never got a bill not even email. The staff was helpful though.”

“This place is disgusting. The ceiling was rusty and moldy all the way around the perimeter. Ceiling tiles won’t even in properly. The tub was stained and the tub surface wasn’t flat. There was a lump in the middle of the tub. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. There are cracks and damage all over the place. The only thing nice about this place in the rooms was the floor. “The staff were exceptional. Belinda at checkin was awesome. Cee cee at the bar was a great host and great bartender. We did have two meals there and they were good also!!! When I visit Petersburg again I will definitely be staying there. 3 bars and a restaurant. The soap in the room smelled fragrant.”

“We checked into our room yesterday afternoon. Then we came back around 11:30pm and couldn't get into the room so asked the front desk for help. Front desk walked to the room with us and opened it. SOMEONE ELSE WAS ASLEEP IN OUR ROOM! Front desk said they double booked it. I called today asking for a refund, and guy at front desk acted like I was crazy and didn't even say sorry. He did provide an email for the manager, who I messaged today.”
