Only issue was we paid for horseback riding and they changed the time to later in the day and we could not do it so we wanted to cancel it and get a refund which they said they could do. And I have yet to receive my refund yet. If anybody can help out please reach out.”

“The resort is beautiful and the staff were quite helpful. We booked a Privilege room and absolutely recommend it based off the additional amenities you receive. The swim-up pool for our room was great and we enjoyed using it. There was always lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day! The spa was good, felt a little rushed out after our massages. The beach was fair - it could really handle more chairs and cabanas. Even with Privilege and a dedicated beach we often found difficulty...

“La stanza era bella e con bellissima vista. Il problema è che il bagno non ha areazione né naturale ne artificiale , quindi dopo un po’ si sentiva odore di umido. La spiaggia è bella ma ha il problema dell’ombra dei palazzi che adombrano grosse porzioni di spiaggia per lungo tempo. Noi siamo andati, facendo una lunga passeggiata, in fondo sulla destra dove l’acqua è paradisiaca e molto meglio che fronte hotel. Lì si fanno bagni stupendi, senza onde e con acqua veramente cristallina (andare tutto...
