“Non helpful staff”

“I check the reviews because I am looking for specific things. I want to know about bugs, cleanliness, and bed quality. We arrived and the first room we were in the sink was broke. The water was leaking. They gave us another room. I didn’t sleep well but got just under 5 hours. My friend did shower the right before and the water didn’t drain. I pushed the open and close stuff to see if the plug was used and nothing happened but I was not reaching into dirty water to see if I could pull the plug...

“The bathroom was not clean. Around the tiolet and bathtub had a dirt ring. Dust throughout and spider Webb by the air conditioner. Ice maker did not work and the gym equipment where broken.”

“Great place but whoever cleaned our room before we used it didn't have hardly any toilet paper, had no had soap in the bathroom, 2 pictures we're just sitting by the TV with nails in them not hung up. A/C was great. Breakfast wasn't that great but McDonald's was across the street. Every one was nice”

“We have stayed here numerous times and it doesn’t disappoint :) It’s a great vibe! The resterant and owner / staff / food are great . - that’s such a plus to have downstairs and it’s a short walk also to other places across the street. Very Happy also that you are not on the money grab for charging for parking! - it’s just a principal thing if you’re a guest staying often. Please keep it that way! Totally recommend and will B Back:)”

“This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad.”
