The staff does well to keep the game floor clean. Service could be improved at the cash center during busy hours, but the staff were all super friendly. “This is a charming in with courteous professional staff. Some of the furniture is the worse for wear but it didn’t detract from my stay. There was a problem with being able to see block my door with the key but the staff was eager to help and it was fixed the next day with no more problems.”
