Hotel a Cherryvale

“The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Rooms were filthy and the property was on big party place all night. I recommend that the place gets condemned and demolished”

“The property was clean and in a safe area. The hotel did not have an iron, Kleenex in the room OR an ice machine. I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have an iron or especially an ice machine in the entire hotel. Water dripped outside my window from the unit above me. It sounded like someone was tapping on my window all the time during the night. The maintenance person opened my window and placed a wash cloth where the water was dripping to decrease the noise which didn’t help because the...

“The room key had to be redone every day. Also room had large portion of room by window ac that was soaked with water and I couldn’t use. Breakfast good with eggs but needed bacon that wasn’t crumbled.”

“Besides the pool being cloudy, the rest of the property was immaculate.”

“This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. ”
