“The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I stayed in an accessible room and there was a shower chair which was helpful as I am an amputee. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty too. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. ”

“Upholstered furniture was filthy. Tub dirty. No tissues and body wash bottle was empty. Breakfast was poor. Tables in breakfast area dirty”

“This room was one queen size and a sofa bed. The bed was fine, however the sofa bed was not. It was old and did not provide good support. It was sagie and you could feel the springs through the very thin mattress. Not good at all. We stayed three nights and room was not made up for those nights. I won't be ataying at Extended Stay America, Dayton Fairborn again. This room was not worth what we paid. Respectfully Michael J Shields”

“We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”
