“Nice property in a convenient location. Clean and well equipped. Owner, Ning, was very accommodative, over and above, very pleasant. Property manager, Evan, was excellent in taking care of our needs. The house has four proper bedrooms and allows up to 12 people. The fifth bedroom is really an enclosed patio/sunroom and okay for kids but not sleeping adults. We had 11 adults so a bit of a shuffle on sleeping arrangements. Otherwise, we had a great experience.”

“Super clean, spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures. Nice quiet area, and close proximity to the beach! Loved that we had good beach gear to borrow from them. Anytime I messaged the host they responded within minutes! Only note is it’s not super walkable to restaurants/beach (not a lot of sidewalks in that area, you just walk along the road) which is not a big deal for us but in case that’s important to others!”

“This property was amazing! It completely exceeded my expectations. It was a short drive from the airport and conveniently located enough to restaurants and grocery shopping in Kapaa and even the North shore. We explored more beaches on the north side but coming back here at the end of the night was perfect. The beach at the cottage was hands down my favorite on the whole island. There was hardly anyone there, the snorkeling was amazing and the proximity was so close! Inside the cottage could not...

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it, we will be coming back, we were mesmerized by the stars, geckos, frogs, sounds of birds, we felt like and were in paradise! Absolutely a 10 star retreat/escape!”

“Everything is worn and slightly broken. For the cost I was expecting more upkeep. Lots of ants nightly coming in from three different spots. Found the ant killer spray and that took care of one of the entrances, seems like all the bug traps are luring them in.”
