“What staff they had were very helpful but they are very understaffed. When checking in we had to wait quite a while for a bellman because they only had one on a holiday weekend. Hot water faucet was broken in the room we had to make three calls before it was fixed more than 24 hours into our stay. The pool area was nice indoors but the outdoor patio had piles of old carpet and construction debris. There's no security guarding the rooms or system in the elevator.
