“The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2”

Red roof is our affordable and clean Hotel for travel but this wasn’t it. We also had to pay an additional $50 and I haven’t seen if they put it back into our account t yet. They must have bad customers but I. Won’t be another”

“The host was amazing. The home was a great size for my husband and me to get away for a few days. We did a lot of hiking. It was clean and super cute. You can tell she takes pride in her home. The only downfall is that it is in a corner and it is pretty loud. We would stay there again if needed.”

“I was welcomed by a super nice courteous young man with a personality at the main desk. He was great with check in and super helpful with any questions I had. Offered to put me in a regular room first floor which was nice as I had lots of gear to carry in. At check out 2 days later I had a young woman that was equally nice.”

“Expedia needs to update their pictures! We booked two rooms for us and our 4 young children specifically based on the pictures of the pool and the hot tub (which has been removed). The hotel is aware of the online mis-advertising but could not take responsibility. The amenities were fine, breakfast was pretty limited but good, the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Did not like the idea that it was called "the cottage", implying it was a cute quaint house in a nice area. It is in an industrial, factory area, that we could hear loudly all night. The neighborhood was sketchy with a bar next to it. Will not go back there.”
