“My room was really nice except there was way too much noise for me to sleep well. There is an open area next to the lobby that opens into a balcony on second floor overlooking the seating area for people to eat breakfast. All the noise of plates clattering and people talking carried up to my room and it woke me up early Saturday. “Water was leaking everywhere in the hotel. It was poorly maintained—honestly, it was disgusting. After the rain, water was already coming in through my window, but I ignored it and went to sleep. In the middle of the night, I woke up because water was dripping onto my feet, and it kept dripping all night long. My rating for this hotel is below zero.”

“The room had no towels, tissues, toiletries, plastic cups or ice bucket. The smoke detector was missing. There were no shelves in the mini fridge. The air conditioner/heater had no cover and the associated power outlets were exposed. The front desk was not open until 7:45 AM and was never open 24/7 per the Expedia write up. “Did not like the idea that it was called "the cottage", implying it was a cute quaint house in a nice area. It is in an industrial, factory area, that we could hear loudly all night. The neighborhood was sketchy with a bar next to it. Will not go back there.”
