“The air was cold. Room was pretty clean, except microwave. Very dirty. Bed dipped down on right side a lot. It needed updated furniture that was broken but not a bug in sight!! For the rate it did the job!! Bathroom very clean.”

“They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained.”

“On the Expedia site it said connecting rooms were available, after several calls and messages we were finally assured we would get a connecting room because we had children but the rooms were not connected, it was a lie, when I asked to be switched to the promised connecting rooms they told use they don't have any. On the Expedia website it advertises a buffet breakfast, that is a second lie. It is actually a VERY bare "continental breakfast with sub par coffee, stale toast and muffins, cereal...

“The room was very clean. The hotel staff always courteous and attentive. Everything was excellent with our stay here. The room was a little noisy as we could hear our neighbors in other rooms at times, otherwise a perfect place to stay.”

“This property is under new management and you can tell by all the recent 5 star reviews. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Such a variety of foods to include eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, muffins, cereal and more. There was a bigger variety on the weekend, than the weekday, but still a big assortment. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the parking lot needs...

“This was our 4th time staying here while visiting Williamsburg. Hotel is very close to Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is great. Hot breakfast with about anything you would want. We always pick Breakfast option when reserving our room. Front desk employees are always friendly and helpful. We come to Williamsburg at least once a year for 33 years now and will be staying here for future visits.”
