“The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The property condition wasn’t the best. The tv remote didn’t work so they had to replace it. There were gnats in the bathroom and my daughter said she saw a roach. The toilet seat was missing a screw so it was not secure. There was no fridge in the room. ”

“The staff at the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down, and the breakfast buffet was not good at all. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get fresh towels, nor did they make the bed or freshen up the room. I will not be staying at the Marriot again.”

Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless if it doesn't work... BTW your front desk said ever since the upgrade of wall mounted stats they have never worked correctly!! Time to call your HVAC Contractor & get this corrected. Also Your...

One thing they could do to get more repeat business would be to get some nicer fitted sheets. The one in my room didn't, er, fit, actually and was a nightly annoyance.”
