“Breakfast was awesome! The property was in good condition for the most part. You could tell they were still in the process of renovating. Our room had been removated already. We had an overall great experience!”

“La pulizia della camera compreso il rifacimento del letto (non il cambio lenzuola ma solo fare il letto ) viene fatta solo ogni 3 giorni e questo non era scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione! Tutto il personale è molto gentile ma Nonostante l'abbia fatto notare, mi hanno risposto che è la loro politica interna. Non solo, dopo il terzo giorno si sono dimenticati della pulizia successiva e quindi hanno pulito al quinto dopo che ho chiesto di parlare con il manager! Si sono...

“I stayed in two rooms due to me extending so I had to recheck in because of a family emergency however both rooms had a stench to it, one smelled like a cat may have urinated inside previously and the other smelled like mustiness. I thought it was just me feeling this way but when my daughter visited , she confirmed what I was smelling. Also the second room 301 had ants that actually got inside of my clothes and personal belongings. Other than that I guess the visit was a little less than fair...

“The evening staff was very friendly. The lady juggling the front desk and the bar made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast also.”

“Maybe I'm old but for a Hilton this was super average room wise. Asked for more towels to be brought up to room and never got them. Breakfast was super expensive and had to pay for parking. Meh. ”

“It is very well maintained property. Places to eat and people to meet. We enjoyed our stay we are hoping to bring family to visit. ”

“Could’ve been a little cleaner. Hairs in the shower and on the soap dispenser by the sink. Two towels had hairs embedded in them. There was what appeared to be oil dripping/running down the door from the door closer. Beds were nice and clean, breakfast was good. ”

“We left early on a flight on May 4th and the drive made sure we knew how to get ahold of the property when we made it back in to KC. I am not sure his name it would of been the one on the early morning around 330 am. The property is getting remodeled while we were there and the staff was great to work with when leaving our cars there for our vacation. ”
