“Our room was really dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The mirror was dirty. There was no stopper for the bathtub and no toilet paper and dirty towels with blood or some kind of stain on it. Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place. They display them in the bathroom had toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet, but the toilet wasn’t cleaned. The water pressure was very bad and we had no...

“The furniture looked newer but the carpet was dirty and the doors were old and in rough shape. No body wash in the shower. Coffee was good.”

“This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. “Property was very clean. Rooms smelt very clean and were very clean. Pool area was nice. Pool could have been just a touch warmer, but was very clean and didn't smell of heavy chemicals.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning.. ”
