“The property was in major need of an update. It was awful. Dirty, falling apart. Rooms was filthy, hair in shower, hairdryer caked in dirt with hair stuck to it. The floors were filthy as well. Beds were so uncomfortable …hard as a rock. Pillows were awful. Bathroom sink was so short …made for a child. It was a terrible experience.”
