“Smells like smoke even in a non smoking room, the smoke smell is thick in the hallway. You share the building with people living there on assistance. Hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Common halls and stairwells are dirty, need paint, and carpeting. I wanted a refund for the second night because I didn’t want to stay there more than I had to and was told nothing we can do…no refund.Outside garbage was overflowing. We went out for breakfast because of the above and didn’t stay the second...

“The property was filthy, the VR checking was a nightmare. We had to get 8 key cards, because they stop working every time you left the building. The TV didn't work, and there were NO humans on property to ask for help. But we were contacted by corporate and we will try again next year as it is to be remodeled.”
