“Personale alla reception eccezionale. Ci hanno dato una camera con due letti per farci stare comodi(eravamo in tre) nonostante avessimo prenotato una con un solo king size. Davvero meritevoli di elogio.”

“Staff at front desk were great. Hotel clean. Only issue was wirh breakfast that we paid for, it was a good, however the staff that morning could have been more attentive it was a full house with a girls hockey team when we arived for breakfast at 830am they were out of alot of the food and not able to replace it quickly and had issues with getting our coffee brought to us. ”

“Everything was perfect until before check out. It was not even time to check out when the hotel blocked all my keys. I had to go to front desk 4-5 times and yet they could not help me in my room to get my stuff. Very inconvenient and annoying ”

“Breakfast was good, the person worked very hard to keep everything stocked for breakfast. We thought it was strange that there wasn’t an oversized chair and ottoman in the room. Not very comfortable either sitting in the desk chair or the bed. ”

“I chose to not stay with an hour of being there. It looked like drug addicted and homeless people were living there. Not clean and it smelled. I found a big under the mattress. When I was leaving a police officer was pulling in. Do not stay here ”

“The room was missing basic amenitiesno shampoo, body wash, or hand soap. I called the front desk twice to have them refilled, but no one responded or provided assistance. This was very disappointing and not the level of service I expected.”
