Hotel a Dinwiddie

“room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“The hotel was very clean and well kept. The amenities are less than desirable. No wash clothes or hand towels is insane. I would stay again but I would just recommend a few other amenities.”

“I have this place a two star review because it had a clean room, clean lobby and good location across from three restaurants. What was not mentioned in the brochure was that the rooms of the lower floor are extremely noisy due to how near they are to the lobby, kitchen and elevators. Our room in particular was also flanked by outside AC compressors that would turn on and off independently and we could clearly hear them adding to the noise. Before checking out I asked if I could have two clean towels they never got it. I had asked for an iron they told me someone will bring it right up nobody came.. The service is really terrible. I will never go back again !”

“Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint is the pressure on the shower was low. But everything else was very good. Oh, and its a little hard to find the hotel.”

“1st, no luggage trolleys available. Room had musty smell, very little water pressure in faucet and shower, a couple walked into our room that had been given same room #/key card That’s enough for us to never use Holiday Inn Express again”
