“Stains on the couch, carpet and drapes. Lumpy bedding and linens. Worst one night stay for $200. A red roof or motel 6 would have been cleaner and nicer. Staff was nice. Very trashy look outside and in. Very shocked that Expedia would even want to advertise this hotel under their name. Does the Radisson know this location is this poor of quality.”

“Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!”

“Good stay overall! First time staying here, Staff was friendly and made check in easy! Only thing they need are individual microwaves in the rooms! I don’t know if others come with one but ours did NOT & with little kids this was a bit inconvenient being on the 3rd flood having to gather them as well as food to go down to the main lobby to warm anything up!!”

“The room was run down. Stains on the sheets, toilet handle loose and chipped, curtain rod on shower curtain all chipped and peeling. The bar in the shower was moving freely. Could not get a hold of housekeeping by phone and had to walk across the street for toilet paper and soap. The patio furniture was dirty plastic chairs and table. Hallways were dirty. Staff were spitting in front of guests. The to go section was extremely basic and there were much better options nearby. The pool area was...

“The property looked very nice from the photos on the website but upon arrival, we promptly noticed that our room had not been cleaned very well, as the sheets and pillow cases were very dirty. However, the staff were very friendly as we found a way to fix the issue, and check-in was an extremely easy process.”
