“Shampoo dispenser in shower was completely empty. Fortunately, I keep a small bottle in my toiletry kit, but that meant getting out of shower to access it. Minor, but annoying--and easily avoidable. If you're not going to have shampoo in the bottle, don't mount it in the shower and advertise the duty of the housekeeping staff to refill. Then at breakfast the toaster for bagels did not work until my husband and the young woman who was manning the station performed a complete maintenance...

“We were in town for a youth sports tournament, and only stayed one night. The front desk person was friendly and efficient and the lobby was clean and maintained. The room was as expected. The toilet was a little wonky - often not flushing on the first attempt and taking forever to refill, but otherwise everything was adequate for our purposes. The breakfast a good with multiple food options. We would definitely consider staying again if we find ourselves in the area again.”
