“We love staying at the Abbey resort. I has become one of our summer traditions. However this time was a little disappointing. Our room (along with rooms in our building) lost hot water for 24hrs or so, about halfway through our 2 night stay. It was difficult to shower the kids after the pool, and we decided to make other plans during our stay to keep us out of the hotel. Upon check out we were only refunded our resort fees.
