“I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return.”

“All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. “The place was nice, but as a first tome visiter, it would have been better if they had given us or emailed me a map of the property. That especially would have been helpful when trying to find my room. We had kids with us, so i wanted to park as close to the room as possible. There were three towers and no obvious indication of where to find my room or which parking lot would be best for our room. Check in was a kiosk, which was fine.
