“The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent.”

“The room ended up being a smoking room even though we booked a nonsmoking room. It smelled terrible, The window was shattered, and there was a piece of plywood screwed to the wall hiding who knows what. We ended up leaving for another hotel and did not complete our stay. There may be decent rooms here but not the room we were given on the second floor!”

Lack of breakfast options was very disappointing especially traveling with a sports team. The breakfast buffet times were very short and conflicted with tournament times. We had to walk 20 minutes to get a decent breakfast. ”

“I would not recommend staying at Quality Inn Mason Near Kings Island. I booked the property through Expedia for a multiple night stay. We flew in on a redeye and checked into the hotel. Being a non-smoking property, the first thing we noticed was a individual smoking outside our room pacing back and forth. You know the type that makes you feel uneasy.
