“Best Western was amazing! Super clean. We stayed.in Room 210 and had a great.view of Lake Erie! The room was spotless with 2 chairs with ottomans,a dinette with chairs. Highly recommend!”

“The hotel was pretty nice, it could have been a little bit cleaner and some things needed attention. One of the windows near the hot tub had the screen just hanging half way off. No towels in the pool area, had to go ask for some. Our first morning, there was an issue with breakfast. The service was so slow, the hot food was empty, all the juice was empty except one, not much choices for bread, no cinnamon rolls. My husband had to go to the front desk to let them know everyone was just waiting...

“The hotel lobby is clean and inviting, the first impression once you get to room level is awful smell and filthy carpet. The room also had a very musty almost urine like smell. We were only there a few days so we didn't bother asking for a room change, and once the air was on it got better. The breakfast was ok same everyday but not terrible. My kids did say the cereal was stale. We mostly enjoyed the waffles, muffin and scones. The coffee was hit and miss 1st day was great 2/3 day not good at...

“Having stayed here in the past it was not the same experience. In the 4 days we were there our room did not get cleaned or towels replenished even after checking with the front desk. Breakfast is very crowded and lacking seating with items running out frequently.”
