“Very run down property, booked thru Expedia and there was a DOG BED in my room!! I'm allergic! Chose this location because of the parking on site that enabled me to park for a week and fly for cheap, would not stay here again even for the cheaper parking. They don't plow the parking area and I had to dig out my car when I returned! As for the parking, that was good, my car was not damaged or vandalized and the shuttle driver was nice, and prompt.”

“The hotel was okay for a cheap hotel but i encountered spotty wifi connection which became entirely unusable and the doors connecting rooms allowed too much noise through”

“I booked a Studio 1 King Bed. I was put in a 2 Queen Bed with Kitchenette. Bathroom is set up inefficiently. Towel storage is several steps from the shower. The toilet paper holder was lose and drooping. It felt cheaply furnished. Sofa was not comfortable.”

“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel and the quickly canceled. I got the day wrong. I apologized when trying to get a hold of the hotel, left numerous messages but no one acknowledged or called me back. I was charged.”

“Staff was very helpful and professional. Although this is an older local hotel it had everything needed. Very clean and well provided for with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine with supplies to make coffee. I arrived quite a bit early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me with allowing me in my room early. I traveled by bus and this location is very close and convenient to the transit center, about 1 block away. Would stay here again!!”

“Self Check in did work up until it wouldn’t dole out the room keys. A nice employee behind the counter happily helped me with getting them through her. ”

“Extremely well located. The breakfast was nice; the staff was great. Extremely clean. The hallways could be better lit (I bumped into a door jam I couldn’t see) and a cabinet door in the room that needed a new latch (little things). The beds could have been more comfortable, but for the price…”

“Parking was hard and there was a Coke missing from the minibar”

“It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I would add if I could was a small freezer in the refrigerator just because we had ice packs that needed to be frozen for the trip home. I would definitely stay here again.”
