“Stayed here the night of 6/16/26. Heard a knock at our door at almost 1 AM followed by an employee who said they were the manager opening the door. My wife and kids were at this hotel without me so she called me terrified about the situation. Yes the manager was a man making the situation even worst. Just to have a follow up room phone ringing 10 minutes later. Why would an employee even a manager need to be entering ANYONES room at 1 in the morning. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and needs...
