“The hotel is situated in a rough area; nonetheless, it feels secure and it is gated. My personal discomfort cones from the excessive noise that cones into the room, I could have stayed here but it was not for female friend.
It’s has nice and well maintained courtyard that does give ut a nice touch.”

“The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view.
It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach.
The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts.
The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm.
I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“Great venue and location. Very noisy room (I guess the only one street side). No WiFi available and a strange way to have breakfast: we had to schedule the time in advance and they deliver the breakfast in your room without asking what you want (at least tea or coffee). The room is not equipped with a proper space for it so we ate in the corridor outside the room squeezed in a bench. Maybe better go out and find a different option in the neighborhood.”

“I paid for a 2 bed apartment with breakfast included and it was not true I got a 10 x 10 one bed room very small space not at all what I had paid for nothing what the picture showed it very loud from one room to another. I asked for my money back but they said no I even paid the extra fee they ask for. My son had to sleep on the floor the first night. I will never go to this place. It’s not true what they offer no bed in breakfast and not an apartment at all I’m was not happy at all”
