Was very difficult for my elderly parents to climb up the stairs to enter main living area with no rails to hold on to. Bathroom needed repairs. “The cottage itself was quaint and cuter than the pictures! We loved the decorating and felt it was very clean! Like everyone, I’m sure, we loved the screened in porch and the perfect view of the lake. We spent much of our time just soaking in God’s beautiful landscape! “4 nights of peace and serenity. We were lucky enough to have rain every night. The kids loved their lofted area for TV and games while us old people (parents) hung out in the spacious living space, reading and listening to nature. Our dog enjoyed the smells of the trees and abundant squirrels! My son learned to fish and my daughter learned she won’t touch worms. It was a remarkable 5 days as a getaway from the normal grind. Will be returning. :)”
