“The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity”

“You can’t beat this gorgeous location, surrounded by calm soothing waters of Sandusky Bay. The cottage is very well appointed with spices and nice utensils. We will definitely be back, next year or sooner!”

“Hotel is nice breakfast also good, pool temperature was very warm good, but very very dirty, all pool surround floor with garbage and debris, very nasty. ”

“One nite stay, amenities sufficient. Lock system somewhat confusing. Key lock on the wall and on door. Had to contact host for number to unlock door. Not supplied when time to be sent. ”

“Super family friendly and perfect for kids. Hotel service as far as housekeeping wasn’t the best, very difficult to get towels removed from room. Otherwise no complaints, still can’t wait to come back!”

“Fully equipped and stocked with odds and ends you may or may not need. Nice to have stuff you normally wouldn't bring along and was appreciated. The host was very nice and friendly caring for our needs. Hot shower, comfy bed, and a nice sitting spot. ”
