“The place was exactly what we needed for a family of 4. When we arrived, crews were working on power lines in the area, as a result there was no electric for a few minutes. This caused minor issues with the Spectrum box, but the owner was very attentive to correcting this problem. If we ever visit Lake Erie for an overnight stay, will remember this little spot!”

“The location was just great. The house itself is beautiful. Very clean. Good communication.It was rather expensive and therefore disappointing that we struggle to keep the house cool enough. There were settings on the thermostat that did not allow you to run it for more than a half an hour before it shut off for a couple of hours and locked you out and wouldn’t let you turn it on again. “We stayed here over the July 4 holiday. The location was great to enjoy the fireworks in town ( easy to return to the house even with the crowds. It is walking distance to town and the ferry. We spent most of our time on Lake Erie with our boat. There is plenty of parking even if you keep a boat trailered here.
