Ernesto at the front desk was very accommodating and very helpful with everything from supplying towels to providing useful suggestions. ”

“The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories”

“We had an issue with our air conditioner not working and Allan was very considerate. He showed us 3 available rooms and let me choose which one I preferred. He also arranged for a golf cart to be delivered to us at the hotel and helped navigate us to places we wanted to go. ”

“What a gem! The shared kitchen between the 6 suites was great. We loved the pool, the sound of the ocean and watching the frigatbirds and pelicans. The room had a very comfortable bed, great AC, wifi and a cool shell shower. No TV, and we did not need it as we had ocean views. Gabriela welcomed us and was an excellent host. Thank you for thw great 6 days! ”
