Ville a Near West End

“Great room! Super clean”

“The toilet would not flush and back up. When we notfied the front desk they instructed me to plunge as a guest. The tub would back up when we showered. There were blood stains in my sheets. The breakfast area was clean.”

“Ottimo Hotel di transito.”

“Very easy, clean and comfortable. Rooms were much smaller than anticipated though.”

“Staff was very helpful but the room we initially were given was not cleaned and the front desk was unaware of that. They gave us a new room. It was clean but the bottom sheet of the bed had a good size hole in it and there was no coffee. So it seemed like there is a problem with housekeeping.”

“Great location, friendly staff and nice room. Breakfast wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but I think that may have been due to construction.”

“Everything was decent”

“Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.”
