“Close to fire station so you would hear the sirens often, shared parking with apartments so parking was limited the “restaurant “ on site had limited hours and upon arriving and using the toilet it was clogged with feces and toilet paper”

“We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.”

“Property has been renovated, and the room was clean and fairly nice. Beds were comfortable. Elevators seem to be old - one was not working on check-in, and there were often lines to wait for elevators. Signs warned to limit elevator use to 5 passengers at once, so they must break down often. Biggest problem was thin walls and a large group of guests making noise from 3:30-6:30 AM. I could hear every word they said and all their loud laughter and slamming doors. The AC system can't be set to have...
