“Pro- Clean and updated rooms and bathrooms. Great staff. Con- Indoor pool was unheated and chilly. Whirlpool not operational although hot. Operating button missing, emergency button appears broken off and lack of use has the water looking less than inviting. The daily water checklists on the wall for sanitation levels was not clear if ever updated or measured daily. I didnt risk getting in.”

“Tru hotel by Hilton fell short of my expectations for Hilton. The room : the whole toilet moved when using, I’m afraid someone will get hurt. I wanted to mention this upon our check out however there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and three others were waiting as well. A non English speaking worker used her phone to translate there would be someone by 7am. It was 6:45 and we found that unacceptable and left .
