“There wasn’t house keeping or much service for hotel guests. The rooms are thin walled but are ok, the hot springs are underwhelming. Beautiful area, the resort was just average”

“The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...
