“Nice, clean room facilities. Lovely outdoor facilities like the fire pits and outdoor pool. However our stay was tarnished by unhelpful reception staff not honouring our written proof that we were entitled to complimentary self parking within the hotel grounds, (as we had Hilton membership). Needless to say we were charged $30 per day for parking, and told we were only allowed the valet option for parking our car.
