Resort a North Lake Tahoe

“We had a very nice stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very responsive and the location and amenities were great.”

“This place needs a renovation. Cabinets and furniture are old and worn. The showerglass doors won’t open properly and easily jump out of their tracks presenting a hazard. There is only hanging closet space. Common amenities like the gym are also ancient and low quality. That said, the location is great for a palisades and booking and check in were easy. ”

“This is our 3rd Visit to Lake Tahoe with our Family of 4 from New Orleans. The Hyatt 2 bedroom condo was spacious, clean, well maintained, with great customer service. The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. “Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. ”

“The property is wonderful, great location with lots of dining and activity options. The only knock on it is it is false to say it has “full resort access” when you have to pay 15 extra per person to go to the pool and the beach was only accessible on certain limited days and times and it had construction going on so it wasn’t really “resort-like”.”

“The property was clean and family friendly but not particularly well maintained. Everywhere I looked things were worn out and beat up, some of which were a safety concern. Beware this is a time share resort. If you book through expedia they will try to get you to attend a presentation by offering you a free night or some other compensation. They say it's low pressure and only two hours but don't believe it. And don't fall for the pitch. They tried to sell me a package for 15k that I could have...
